“ We were in town for the holidays and we took a shot for two of us to walk in and wait for a table. The place was packed as expected with a line down the hallway and out the door. We gave our name and rolled the dice and waited at the bar. We got lucky when two ladies sitting at the bar were called to their table and we snagged the seats. After waiting for 40+ minutes, we just decided to eat at the bar. The bartender hooked us up right away and we had delicious fried chicken, mashed potatoes and milk gravy, peas, Cole slaw, and warm rolls right in front of us in no time. Flavorful from start to finish! Props to the bartender for taking such great care of us. Can't wait for our next visit to Southern Indiana. It's the BEST family-style on the planet. ”
